We Learn through Discussions (WeLD)
WeLD started as "We Learn Dynamics" in 2011 in Mechatronics Lab at IIT Delhi, under the supervision of Prof. S. K. Saha. After a few years of successful sessions, it was renamed to "We Learn through Discussion" and is being attended by many more from the Mech. Dept. at IIT Delhi and few invited speakers as well.
These sessions help the researchers in our group/department to update about their work and benefit the other members of the group.
The presentations and the presenters are mentioned below:

The presentations and the presenters are mentioned below:
Session 5 (August 5, 2014):
The fifth WeLD session was conducted by Prof. S.K. Saha and several students who IMSD-ACMD 2014 conferences in Busan, South Korea during June 30-July 03, 2014.
Session 4 (Sept., 2013)
The fourth WeLD session was conducted by the students who visited abroad to attend international conferences and research stay.
Session 3 (February 18, 2013):
We had our third session of WeLD as a combination of "Sharing experiences of an academic trip to Japan" and "Getting Started with Dynamic Simulation inside Autodesk Inventor". The details are below:
Session 2 (March 15, 2012):
We had our second session of WeLD by Prof. S.K. Saha on March 15, 2012. The topic was "Recursive Dynamics: Application to Robotics, Rural Machines, Ropes, and What Next?".
Session 1 (December 9, 2011):
We had our first session of WeLD by Dr. Suril V. Shah on December 9, 2011. It was attended by researchers in the field of "Robot Dynamics". The main motivation of the workshop was to let researchers know the power and ease of using ReDySim and Decoupled Natural Orthogonal Compliment (DeNOC) based recursive dynamic formulation to solve dynamics problems.
